Transfer of Jurnal Wasian Management to Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar

We are pleased to announce that, effective 28 December 2023, the management of Jurnal Wasian has been formally transferred to the Department of Forestry, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.

Jurnal Wasian was first established in 2014 by the Manado Environmental and Forestry Research and Development Center (Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, BPPLHK Manado). With this transfer, the Department of Forestry at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar now assumes full editorial and operational responsibility for the journal.

As a result of this transition, the journal's official website, submission procedures, and related links have changed. Authors, reviewers, and readers are kindly asked to use the new journal website and to follow the updated submission guidelines for all future correspondence and manuscript submissions.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Manado Environmental and Forestry Research and Development Center for establishing and developing the journal, and we look forward to continuing its mission under the new management.
